Iran's foreign minister: only negotiations will end conflict with US

Iran's foreign minister said Tehran is waiting for the US to formally reject a Strait of Hormuz agreement proposal. He said negotiations remain the only path to resolving the conflict, after President Trump publicly rejected the possibility of a deal on Hormuz.
