Judge Mgłosiek: new NCJ's reform plan entrenched lawlessness

Judge Piotr Mgłosiek argues that Waldemar Żurek's "plan B" to reform Poland's National Council of the Judiciary has in practice left the body functioning as a "technological mechanism of perpetuating illegality." After 100 days of the new NCJ's operation, the judge points to selective adherence to rule-of-law principles by its members.
