Stokrotka opens stores on non-trading Sundays without cashiers

Stokrotka became the first retail chain in Poland to operate stores on Sundays subject to trading bans. This is possible thanks to self-checkout systems — customers scan items and pay themselves, with only a security guard from an external company present in the store. Neither Biedronka nor Lidl has so far adopted this solution.
