EU dependent on Asian chips, experts call for action

Europe remains heavily dependent on semiconductor supplies from Asia, which according to Polish Institute of Economics experts exposes it to effects of geopolitical tensions and supply chain disruptions. Without decisive investment and industrial policy, the EU will become increasingly vulnerable to such risks.
