Vatican envoy Cardinal Zuppi arrived in Moscow to discuss prisoners

Cardinal Matteo Zuppi, the Vatican's special envoy for Ukraine, arrived in Moscow on Sunday, where over three days he will hold talks including on prisoners of war and the return of Ukrainian children to their homeland. Russia's ambassador to the Vatican told the newspaper Avvenire that the cardinal is "always welcome in Moscow."
