Deputy defense minister: permanent US base in Poland with about 5,000 troops, decision possible in December

Deputy Defense Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka announced that a US decision to establish a permanent military base in Poland could come in December. The base would station about 5,000 troops. She made the statement on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach" program.
