Nvidia chip CO2 emissions rose 725 percent since 2020

According to a report described by Euronews, emissions linked to production and use of Nvidia chips may be comparable to carbon emissions from coal burning by Russian firm Russian Coal. Since 2020, the carbon footprint in the American producer's supply chain rose 725 percent. Growth is driven mainly by AI market expansion and rising demand for graphics processors.
