The 111 billion dollar merger of Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Skydance is to be finalized within the next couple of weeks. The transaction will create one of the world's largest media and entertainment conglomerates. It will include CNN, HBO, Warner Bros., CBS, Channel 5 in Britain, and TVN and TVN24 in Poland.
