Burned miner from Knurów: coal company gave him 150,000 zloty, he feels abandoned

Mirosław Romańczuk (43) from Knurów lost his hearing in an accident at the Knurów-Szczygłowice mine, had a leg amputated and lost fingers, and underwent multiple skin grafts. Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa disclosed that the miner received money for treatment, but he says he feels abandoned and humiliated by his employer. Without costly rehabilitation, he cannot function normally.
