Deputy defense minister: US permanent base in Poland with roughly 5,000 troops, decision possible in December

Deputy Defense Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka told TVN24 that the earliest possible timeframe for a US decision on a permanent military base in Poland is December. The base would station "probably" five thousand troops. Talks on the matter remain ongoing.
