Pb95 petrol exceeds 8 zł per litre: what would it take for prices to drop by a zloty?

Pb95 petrol has exceeded 8 zł per litre for the first time in history, compared to roughly 5.6–5.8 zł a year earlier. A driver filling 50 litres pays over 100 zł more in a single transaction than a year ago. A return below 6 zł per litre is ruled out, and the government does not plan to lower fuel taxes again. A one-zloty drop would require a significant fall in crude prices on global markets or a serious shift in tax policy.
