14 soldiers killed in Caspian Sea: Kazakhstan declares national mourning

Fourteen Kazakh soldiers died during exercises on the Caspian Sea when military personnel were swept away by rough waves. Authorities declared national mourning over the scale of the tragedy. Five officers were detained and charged with gross negligence of duties.
