CIA in Afghanistan after 9/11: first mission 25 years ago

Twenty-five years ago, the first CIA officers sent after the September 11 attacks arrived in Afghanistan by Soviet helicopter, flying over the mountains. It was the opening operation of what became the longest war in US history.
