Putin claims Russia won't attack Europe, threatens Baltic states

Vladimir Putin said Russia is not preparing for war with Europe and dismissed warnings to that effect as provocation. He also claimed that rights of Russian-speakers in Baltic states are being violated and promised Moscow's response under "humanitarian law". He made similar assurances before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
