Peru faces human rights court over failure to protect isolated Amazon tribes

Peru will appear before a regional human rights court over allegations that it failed to protect isolated indigenous Amazonian peoples. The government allegedly failed to respond effectively to logging companies entering their territories and other threats to these communities.
