USA proposes three-way Ukraine-Russia talks in UAE

The United States proposed organizing a trilateral meeting with Ukraine and Russia in the United Arab Emirates. The talks would concern a limited ceasefire. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the proposal on Friday, adding: "We are waiting for a date proposal from the USA."
