A2 expansion between Łódź and Warsaw: slowdowns from November, speed cut in half

The A2 motorway on a 90-kilometer stretch between Łódź and Warsaw will be expanded to four lanes. For the next year and a half, work will proceed under traffic — two lanes will remain open and the speed limit will be cut in half. Drivers will first feel the impact in November; the section carries about 100,000 vehicles daily and is among the most congested in the country.
