Child Ombudsman paid by Ziobro institute to draft laws for 7 years
Monika Horna-Cieślak, current Child Ombudsman, received payment from an institute under Zbigniew Ziobro's authority for seven years to draft legal acts — work that should have belonged to the ministry. She signed 16 contracts without competitions and without documentation on how they were chosen, totaling 224 thousand zloty. Marcin Romanowski, now sought by warrant, signed the first contract with her. During her selection as Child Ombudsman by the current coalition, she omitted this collaboration.
