Hsin-Ju Chuang from Hack VC found dead at 37

Hsin-Ju Chuang, former partner at venture capital fund Hack VC and founder of Dystopia Labs, died at age 37. She previously held leadership positions in blockchain projects Stellar and Solana. The cause of death was not disclosed.
