Russia attacks Ukraine, Polish emergency agency sends alert, military on standby

Russia carried out another attack on Ukraine, prompting the Government Security Centre to issue an alert to residents of eastern Poland. Polish military aviation was placed on alert. This is another incident in which Poland activates defensive procedures in response to Russian missile and drone activity over Ukraine.
