Domański signs ruling: same-sex marriages equal on taxes

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański signed a general tax interpretation that equalizes rights and obligations of people with transcripts of same-sex marriage acts with all married couples in Poland. This includes the possibility of filing joint tax returns.
