Ukraine handed two North Korean prisoners to South Korea

President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that Ukraine sent two war prisoners from North Korea to South Korea. This is the first confirmed transfer of North Korean soldiers by Ukraine to an ally. Ukrainian forces had previously captured North Korean soldiers fighting on Russia's side.
