Orlen reports flawed contract to prosecutors; faces potential 1.2 billion dollar fine

Orlen has formally notified prosecutors about actions by the previous management, which allegedly signed a flawed long-term contract. According to the company, breach of this contract exposes Orlen to a financial penalty reaching 1.2 billion dollars. Energy minister Miłosz Motyka commented on the case.
