Orlen files complaint over flawed contract risking $1.2 billion penalty

Orlen confirmed it has filed a complaint with prosecutors over actions by the company's previous management. The issue concerns a long-term contract that Orlen considers flawed — failure to execute it could cost the group a $1.2 billion penalty. Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka commented on the matter.
