NATO: we have plans against Russia's hybrid attacks

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said the alliance is well prepared to handle acts of sabotage and drone incidents in Europe. Rutte stressed that NATO has tested action plans in response to hybrid threats from Russia. At the same time, allied intelligence warns of possible escalation from Moscow.
