Swiss central bank holds rates at 0 percent

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) kept interest rates unchanged at 0 percent. The decision is possible due to low inflation and a strong Swiss franc, allowing Switzerland to take a different course than other central banks. Financial markets, however, expect rate increases in the future.
