21-year-old dies at PZL Świdnik: steel pipe falls on him

On Wednesday, September 23, around 3:30 p.m., a steel pipe suspended under the roof fell on a 21-year-old worker from an external company conducting demolition of old buildings at Leonardo PZL in Świdnik. Despite wearing a helmet, the man sustained extensive head injuries and died at the scene. All workers were sober; the prosecutor's office is investigating the circumstances of the accident.
