Lavrov at UN: Russia ready for energy ceasefire, but will not end war

Following a meeting in the margins of the UN General Assembly, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio reported that Russia is interested in a ceasefire in the energy sector. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated unambiguously in his speech, however, that Russia will not end the war in Ukraine.
