12-year-old pushed concrete blocks onto tracks in Jedlanka, two trains hit obstacle

Police in Łuków determined that a 12-year-old boy pushed concrete elements from an old platform down an embankment onto railway tracks in Jedlanka. Two freight trains hit the obstacle—a tragedy was narrowly avoided. The boy admitted to the act in the presence of a parent. The case materials will go to the Family and Juvenile Court in Łuków.
