Kremlin on Ukraine's 8 billion euros: theft and illegal actions

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called Brussels' decision to give Ukraine 8 billion euros from frozen Russian assets "theft" and "illegal actions." Russia consistently opposes using its frozen reserves to aid Kyiv.
