Polish Army logistics chief: we must be ready for prolonged war
Maj. Gen. Dariusz Mendrala, head of the Polish Armed Forces Support Inspectorate, says it is necessary to prepare the Polish military for a scenario of prolonged conflict. The inspectorate, now in its twentieth year of operation, is undergoing military architecture restructuring, implementing unprecedented infrastructure investments, and Poland is deepening cooperation with the USA, including through the Eastern Shield project and the construction of American bases.
