AI firm leaders at UN: poorly managed AI may threaten humanity

Presidents of leading artificial intelligence companies appealed to the UN for urgent regulation of the technology. Dario Amodei, chief executive of Anthropic, stated that "poorly managed AI may pose a threat to all of humanity".
