ISW: Russian operation in Narva could fracture NATO

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) described a scenario in which a small Russian operation in Estonian Narva would subject the Atlantic Alliance to a severe test. According to analysts, such an action could expose divisions within NATO and undermine the credibility of Article 5 of the Washington Treaty.
