For the first time ever, radio signals detected from an exoplanet

Astronomers have for the first time identified radio signals originating from a specific exoplanet—the phenomenon results from the planet's magnetic activity, not from alien civilisation. Similar signals had previously been recorded, but never before attributed to a specific celestial body outside the Solar System.
