Man robbed disabled senior twice. Faces 12 years

In Nowa Ruda, a 46-year-old repeat offender attacked a 75-year-old man in a wheelchair twice. In July he snatched a purse containing 2,500 zloty — the man's loan money for a new wheelchair — and a week ago stole another 2,250 zloty. Police from Kłodzko arrested the perpetrator and charged him with two counts of particularly brazen theft as a repeat offender. He faces up to 12 years in prison.
