Warsaw police smell marijuana on street passerby

Bielany police on patrol of Perzyńskiego Street in Warsaw detected marijuana odor from a 46-year-old man. The man had a small aluminum foil packet containing dried plant material, which tested as marijuana. He was charged with possession of drugs; he faces up to 3 years in prison. The case is supervised by Warsaw Żoliborz District Prosecutor's Office.
