Armed robbery at Zabrze shop: 44-year-old arrested, faces 20 years
On 17 September, a masked man threatened a shop assistant on Sportowa Street in Zabrze with a pneumatic gun and demanded cash. When the woman refused, he jumped over the counter and repeated his threat — she handed over the money. On Monday, detectives arrested a 44-year-old in the Janek district; the weapon used in the robbery was found on him. He was wanted to serve 10 months of a prison sentence for an earlier crime.
