Siewiera: Russia is testing NATO using hybrid terrorism as a tool
Former National Security Bureau head Jacek Siewiera said on TVN24 that Russia is testing NATO countries to see which actions produce the greatest psychological effect and destabilize state structures. He emphasized that Moscow uses forms of terrorism as hybrid confrontation tools. At the same time, Siewiera noted that Poland is increasingly successfully detecting objects appearing over its territory.
