New anti-bullying rules make it easier for workers to pursue claims in court

New anti-bullying regulations combined with rules implementing an EU directive on wage transparency will reverse the burden of proof in workplace disputes — employers will have to prove they did not engage in bullying. Workers will also gain the right to higher compensation. Lawyers warn that employers will find it much harder to defend successfully against bullying claims in labor court.
