19-year-old without license and high on marijuana crashed Seat near Auschwitz
On Tuesday, September 22 at around 18:35, a 19-year-old unlicensed driver lost control of a Seat on a road between Kościelna and Podlesie streets near Oświęcim and hit a tree. A 17-year-old passenger was most seriously hurt with a head injury and taken to hospital; two other passengers (aged 17 and 20) suffered bruises. A drug test showed the presence of marijuana — the 19-year-old was detained and blood was taken for toxicology tests.
