CNN chief: we fight for press rights after Trump ban

CNN Chief Executive Mark Thompson told staff the network is fighting for "fundamental rights of journalists and citizens" after the Trump administration banned CNN from the White House. CNN, together with Politico and MSNBC, filed suit on Monday. Thompson also addressed ongoing negotiations over a Paramount merger.
