Charges filed against Constitutional Court director and court guard commander
The prosecutor's office charged the director of the Constitutional Court and the commander of court security. Both were banned from the Constitutional Court building, suspended from service, and prohibited from contacting Constitutional Court judges and employees. This is the next phase of the prosecutor's offensive against the Constitutional Court.
