Criminal charges for Constitutional Court officials over blocking new judges

Prosecutors charged the director of the Constitutional Court's office and commander of the Court Guard with obstructing the work of four new Constitutional Court judges. Both were suspended from duties and barred from Court premises. The case concerns actions taken during Julia Przyłębska's presidency and relates to the current conflict surrounding Święczkowski's Constitutional Court.
