Sikorski met with Belarus foreign minister; experts skeptical of reset

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski met with Belarusian Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhenkov in New York. The diplomats discussed "thawing and improving" Polish-Belarusian relations. However, experts are skeptical or frankly concerned about the prospect of any reset in relations with Minsk.
