Justice Minister Żurek accuses Constitutional Court president of breaching law and blocking judges
Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek accused Constitutional Court President Bogdan Święczkowski of breaking the law and preventing selected Constitutional Court judges from performing their duties. The minister's statement was a response to accusations made against the director of the Constitutional Court Chancellery and the commander of the Constitutional Court Guard.
