Lavrov at UN: Russia will not pause invasion of Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov declared during a UN Security Council debate that Russia has no intention of pausing its "special military operation" in Ukraine. He said Europe would use any ceasefire to rearm Ukraine. The statement was made Wednesday at the UN forum in New York.
