Poland buys weapons from Korea: business or strategy?

Poland is purchasing weapons from South Korea for tens of billions of zloty. The question arises whether this relationship is purely transactional or could grow into lasting strategic partnership between Seoul and Warsaw. Also under consideration is whether Korea could support Poland in building a national deterrence system.
