Tomczyk: Polish military changes procedures after airspace breach
Deputy Defense Minister Cezary Tomczyk told TVN24 that the Polish Army is changing procedures so that visual identification of a target is no longer required before shooting down an object violating Polish airspace. He assured that a Russian helicopter that violated Polish airspace Wednesday was under Polish military control the entire time. The changes are meant to increase combat readiness and shorten air force reaction time.
