Poland's media regulator raises TV license fee to 34.50 zloty monthly from 2027

The National Broadcasting Council decided that from 2027, the TV license fee will rise from the current 30.50 zloty to 34.50 zloty monthly, an increase of 4 zloty. Meanwhile, the Culture Ministry continues work on a draft that proposes a revolutionary change in how license fees are assessed. New rates will cover radio and television receiver owners.
