Chateau de Vigny near Paris undergoes costly renovation

Chateau de Vigny, a 16th-century castle near Paris, fell into serious disrepair over the years, with its structure in grave danger. Today an expensive restoration is underway to save over 500 years of the building's history. The castle resembles famous Loire Valley residences, though it lies much closer to France's capital.
